This is the toaster oven broiler that most accurately maintained temperatures in tests conducted by the Hammacher Institute, resulting in cooked food and toast judged best of all competing models. On average, the oven's interior temperature varied only 13.5° F from the set temperature, so that the cookies it baked were soft, yet cooked throughout, unlike lesser ovens that varied as much as 36° F and either burnt cookies or left dough raw in the middle.
