2 Sheets Vtg 1950s Fathers Day, Men's Birthday, 1950s Gift Wrap Paper

This beautiful paper came, originally, in a boxed set.  This was VERY popular in the 1950's, as paper was still a fairly scarce commodity - WWII used most of the US resources, and it took awhile for commercial uses to come back.  The boxed sets would include beautiful designs in varying sizes, and sold as "just right for each package" which wasn't really true, but it allowed manufacturers to sell some pieces that were smaller.
This listing includes 2 sheets - one unused - the pheasant flying over a fence, with "Best Wishes For Him" so it could be Fathers Day or a Birthday, or just a gift!
The sports themed paper was originally 20" x 30", and was folded into sixths.  One square of the paper has been cut away.  There is still a lot of this paper, and it's really gorgeous.  It features golf, fishing, sports cars, and bowling. The paper has gray and white "pencil" illustrations overlaid with brightly colored illustrations that look like watercolor or pencil.  It really displays well.  The other paper is just "Best Wishes For Him", so can be gift wrapping for all kind of occasions for Dad.  The second paper features Pheasants and a fence in a field, in lovely browns, rust and yellow.  It is 20" x 30".
